This week, we begin Year A in our Lectionary cycle and our readings for the first Sunday of Advent.
The texts for this week are:
Isaiah 2:1-5
Psalm 122
Romans 13:11-14
Matthew 24:36-44
With a few exceptions for feast days, we'll be using Matthew's gospel for the next year.
